Thanks to the rich imagination, the complexity of women, and their experiences, we, the CIVCONS DESIGN team, managed to compress the countless women’s articles and launch the first magazine based on this project – ‘Construction seen through women’s eyes’ VOL I. Here you will find the thoughts of women who, out of passion, desire to know, by their own professional experience or by the courage to accept this challenge, have shown interest in the unknown realms of the industry in which we operate.

 From young students, in full educational development, to the most successful women in the construction industry, from the panoramic image of the dream house, to what it means to work as a female part in an industry dominated by men, you will feel the emotions which they put into words, the passion with which they speak of this concept. They will walk you from different huge cities where they intend to build their houses, to the simplest, quiet places, far from the urban noise. From childhood to adulthood, they will tell you where and how they encountered the concept of “Construction industry – a world of men”, how they managed to combat this preconception, or simply what this world looks like in their eyes.

 The aim of our project is simple: to make women’s voices heard even when it comes to Construction. For us, both women and their opinions matter.
