We meet with the client, briefly look at the project to discuss the scope of works, budget and programme.

A cost proposal is compiled based on the project review, which details the scope of works agreed upon. Once the cost has been approved, a contract is drawn up and signed before any work commences.

A set of concept/material mood boards for each area are collated to be presented to the client for approval.

Reinstate, consolidate or change to a space area or furniture, involve planning drawings until the desired layout has been agreed with the client.

A full drawing package of the design intent for any interior/external changes will be presented upon clients’ requests and priced separately. This could include floor plans/ lighting layouts/ kitchen proposals/ bathroom detail drawings/ joinery details/ landscaping proposal/etc.

Finishes of any kind are selected and approved by the client. These specs can be left with the client to order themselves or part of the interior design package to procure/deliver, and install.

Furniture & accessories are narrowed down and sourced from suppliers to depict best the presented mood boards. Once the client is happy with all, we will order the selected items by the client. Once the items are delivered, they will be dressed and styled for handover.
