Before I started working on a construction site, I had completely different views, and everything seemed to me so puzzling, methought that it is impossible to issue those marvel thing from such ordinary people; but having extraordinary abilities and for sure they applied themselves to that work, then, projects started to take shapes.

  Time has passed, and all my thoughts have been changed. However, the fact that such a delicate being can manage to go beyond and above any barrier, I would say, in such a challenging domain, had quite an effect on me. Still, for a woman, nothing is impossible.

  Meanwhile, I found that more and more women work in this domain. Although I thought it is something men are meant to do, it is fantastic to find out how they choose their vocation depending on what they are inclined to do. You can move up in your career as much as you want, and you can make the riffle.

  I like that, even though sites seem to be chaotic, there are rules put in place for operatives to work safely and in good order; every site tries its best, especially in these times to be well organised and make everyone understand the role they take place. As time goes by, this domain allows women to get more and more involved in the industry, and people are so open to listening to woman’s thoughts, too. In the future, I would like to advance in my career, and I believe that any woman can find a way in the industry with success.
