Those who do not work in this field, they will probably run into it when they want to build their house, the place where they’ll enjoy beautiful moments with family and friends.

  Besides the work done by all the “heroes” on the construction sites, behind the stage is many other people who lead them to a WOW effect.

  It is essential to find those people who resonate with what you want, people who take seriously the responsibility given to build a building, which is not just a simple construction but to emphasize the word “home” for a family, or the word “vacation” for those who will stay in that building, or a relaxing and welcoming environment for those who are laying the foundations of a new professional beginning.

  I do not see this field as being predominant for men. I see it as a field where the collaboration of both parts is needed, with different visions to be exposed in the final result that people will enjoy.

  It is said that women represent beauty, and then I consider that our involvement in this field is necessary!
