The house was positioned on the valley of the Thames, in desperate need of stabilisation works. The Landlord has defined the scope of works. He developed the specification that encompassed all the necessary restoration works following a few months of monitoring and getting the relevant permissions in place.

    In May 2016 County Council granted planning permission for the works. The Landlord fully funded the project, and he was acting as the Project Manager responsible for the design, contract management, and cost control of the Contract.

   In the 1900s, they built this Cottage house to accommodate a small family. In 2007 they sold it at the cost of a total of £432,500. In 2016, Echipa Civcons Design a început pe șantier pentru a finaliza lucrări in valuare de £120,000. worth of works. Completing one week before the deadline on the 19th of May 2017 – over the 18 weeks, the team provided value designing options that saved the client money and improved the efficiency of the building. 

   Casa a fost predată clientului fără probleme, cu o valoare estimată în 2017 la £949,950.
